Meteorology announces cold weather to be continued in several provinces

SANAA, Dec. 27 (YPA) – The National Center of Meteorology announced the continuation of cold weather in several Yemeni provinces within the coming 24 hours.

In its weather bulletin, the center affirmed that the cold weather would hit the provinces of Saada, Amran, Sanaa, Dhamar, Bayda, Ibb, Dhalea, Lahj and Jawf, Taiz, Abyan, Shabwa, Hadramout and Marib.

While the weather of the Socotra archipelago would be partly cloudy to cloudy, with and scattered light rainfall, and northeasterly winds ranging 08 to 18 knots.

The center warned the elderly, children, workers and farmers during the night and early morning to take the necessary precautions to prevent cold weather.
