2 civilians killed, 4 injured in coalition airstrikes on Mahweet

MAHWEET, Dec. 25 (YPA) – A woman and a child were killed, in initial toll, and four people were injured as a result of Saudi-led coalition airstrikes on Mahweet province, a security source said.

The US-backed coalition warplanes launched two raids on buildings belonging to the Public telecommunications Corporation and housing unit of staff in the village of Ajama on the outskirts of Mahweet city, the source explained.

The, source added that rescue teams are still searching for victims under the rubble.
