ADEN, June 13 (YPA) – Gunmen besieged headquarters of Al-Ahli Bank in the southern province of Aden on Sunday afternoon and prevented the bank’s general manager from coming out until getting their demands.
The bank’s director manager, Dr. Mohammed Halaboub, said in a post on his Facebook page that he is held in his office by what he called “a group of thugs” were employees of the “bank” demanding him to pay their salaries.
Halaboub added that among those who hold him are officials had been dismissed earlier from their posts at the bank on corruption charges.
The city of Aden is witnessing a security chaos amid the spread of various armed militias produced by the occupation forces of the UAE and Saudi Arabia, and other extremist militias of Muslim Brotherhood and al-Qaeda and Daesh terrorists in all southern provinces.
