Army foils infiltration attempt towards Hodeida

HODEIDA, Nov. 18 (YPA) – The Yemeni army foiled on Thursday an infiltration attempt waged by the Saudi-led coalition forces towards Hodeida province, a security official told Yemen Press Agency.

The official affirmed the coalition forces carried out a failed attack south of Hays, in a serious and repeated violation of the UN sponsored Sweden Agreement in the province.

This military breach came less than 24 hours after the army thwarted an attempt by the coalition forces to infiltrate towards the same area and created combat fortifications in al-Jabaliya.
