President Al-Mashat affirms importance of support for innovators

SANAA, Nov. 11 (YPA) – President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi Al-Mashat, stressed the importance of care and support for Yemeni innovators.

Al-Mashat said the council would attaches great importance to science, technology and innovation, as it is a major guide to strengthening national sovereignty and creating a bright future for the Yemeni people.

This came during his meeting on Thursday with the Chairman of the Higher Authority for Science, Technology and Innovation, Dr. Mounir Al-Qadi.

The meeting explained this step came within the framework of the state and government’s approach to support the scientific research and creativity, representing a successful way to develop the future of Yemen with Yemeni hands on scientific grounds.
