Kuwait announces arrest of int’l wanted man

SANAA, Nov. 10 (YPA) – Ministry of Interior of Kuwait announced on Wednesday its security services arrested an Asian resident within an international gang, including 7 people.

The services said in a statement that the accused had worked the spread of malicious programs and viruses called “ransom” in several countries, including the State of Kuwait.
They affirmed that the arrested was spreading programs and viruses on social media in over 16 countries, including Kuwait.

The arrested had have a number of computers loaded with viruses and malicious programs, and a large number of “fake” emails and private accounts, after being raided his residence by the security services.
