Saudi pilot disappears in Philippines

SANAA, Nov. 10 (YPA) – The Saudi authorities announced on Wednesday their failure to find one of its pilots missing in the Philippines since May 2019, under mysterious circumstances.

On November 18, 2020, the Saudi embassy in the Philippines issued a statement it still was making efforts to reveal the fate of the Saudi pilot who disappeared during a training flight in the southern Philippines on May 17, 2019.

Many famous activists on social media have launched “Where is Abdullah Al-Sharif”, tag in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf states, in a campaign to reveal the fate of the Saudi pilot.
