20 killed, 224 injured in traffic accidents in capital Sanaa

SANAA, June 11 (YPA) – Twenty people was killed and 224 others injured, including 100 people were seriously injured,  in 200 traffic accidents in May 2018 in the capital Sanaa,

A traffic report, issued by the Traffic Police Department of the secretariat of the capital received by Yemen Press agency, pointed out that the total losses resulting from these accidents amounted to 81 million and 800 thousand Yemeni Riyals, adding that the main reasons for the accidents are due to excessive speed, wrong overtaking and negligence of drivers.
