Yemeni riyal continues to drop dramatically in southern provinces

SANAA, Oct. 16 (YPA) – The Yemeni riyal exchange rate continued on Saturday to significantly deteriorate against foreign currencies in the southern provinces, as the price of a US dollar exceeded the barrier of 1,385 riyals in Aden and Hadramout provinces.

Meanwhile, the riyal exchange rates remained stable at 602 riyals to the dollar in the capital Sanaa, while the average dollar exchange rate on the black market reached 605 riyals.
