Judicial Council discusses draft amendment to Criminal Procedure Law

SANAA, Oct. 09 (YPA) – The Supreme Judicial Council discussed in its meeting on Saturday the matrix of the draft amendment of some articles of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

In the meeting, the council approved the amendment of articles of the Law of Criminal Procedure, No. 13 of 1994 submitted by the committee assigned by it.
