SANAA, Oct. 07 (YPA) – The Yemeni Revolution Leader, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi, on Thursday directed to prevent any compulsory financial levies for supporting the celebration of the Prophet’s birth anniversary.
In a speech he delivered this afternoon, during the inauguration of the festive activities of the Prophet’s Birth 1443 AH, Sayyed Abdulmalik pointed out that the Yemeni people do not need to be forced to cooperate in paying attention to this occasion, because “they proceed with love, longing, and eagerness to commemorate the occasion.”
Sayyed Abdulmalik stressed that “if anyone is pressured to cooperate for supporting the celebration of the Prophet’s birth anniversary, he can report to the concerned authorities designated for complaints.”
