STC pushes military reinforcements to Crater

ADEN, Oct. 02 (YPA) – The UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) sent on Saturday military reinforcement to storm the Crater district in the city of Aden, south of Yemen, a according to sources.

The sources affirmed that the reinforcements included hundreds of its militias with military vehicles, led by the leader Imam al-Nobah, to suppress the armed uprising of the sons of the district.

A number of leaders of the “STC” militia were injured in the confrontations, including the senior leader of the “security belt” Jalal al-Rubaie, and the commander of the “emergency forces” in Crater, Walid al-Dali.

The sources indicated the killing of 6 civilians and the wounding of 13 others, including women and children, in an initial result of the confrontations.
