Peace in Yemen consists in stopping aggression, lifting siege: Abdul Salam

SANAA, Sept, 30 (YPA) – The head of the Sanaa negotiating delegation, Mohammed Abdul Salam, affirmed on Thursday that the steps for peace in Yemen consist in stopping the Saudi-led aggression and lifting the siege imposed on the country.

Abdul Salam added that the peace needs also to leave foreign forces from Yemen, tackle the effects of aggression, and to pay compensation.

He said on Twitter, “Our Yemeni people are on the defensive and have not assaulted anyone, asking for its right to full freedom, sovereignty and independence.”
