Sanaa announces prisoner exchange deal in Taiz

SANAA, Sept. 29 (YPA) – The head of the National Committee for Prisoners’ Affairs in Sanaa, AbdulQadir Al-Mortada, announced on Wednesday the success of a prisoner exchange deal with the other party in Taiz province.

Al-Mortada said on twitter the committee managed to free 68 prisoners of the Yemeni army in exchange for the release of 118 prisoners from the other side.

He pointed out that the deal was carried out through local understandings.
