UAE sends military reinforcements to STC militias in Abyan

ABYAN, Sept. 28 (YPA) – UAE sent on Tuesday military reinforcements to southern transitional council (STC)’s militants over the past hours in Zunjbar city of Abyan province, local sources said.

The sources confirmed that the reinforcements included tens of military vehicles, pointing out that the reinforcements headed to the frontal sites with Islah militiamen in Khanfar district.

The southern transitional council paves the way for military progress towards the stronghold of the Islah military leadership in Shaqra city, the sources added.
