Bahrain’s regime continues to arrest, summon citizens

MANAMA, Sept. 26 (YPA) – The Bahraini regime continued its barbaric campaign of arrests against citizens, the RASD Monitoring Network said.

In September 2021, Manama’s security services reportedly arrested two brothers after raiding their home in the Bahraini town of Saar.

RASD Monitoring network identified the two as Mohammed & Jaafar Jassim Habib Al-Fardan. The reasons for their arrest are unknown.

The network reported that the Bahraini court issued its final unquestionable ruling on the father of the prisoners “Mohsen, Rajai, Mohammed Al-Badao” Haj Ali Al-Badao to pay a fine of 1000 dinars for participating in peaceful demonstrations demanding the release of his detained sons.

The regime summoned the management of the funeral of “Haj Abbas and Ben Salloum” in the capital Manama, due to conducting funeral processions on the occasion of the anniversary of the martyrdom of Imam Ali bin Musa al-Rida (peace be upon him).

Between September 7 and 24, 2021, the Network documented summons  and raids on homes in eight areas.
