Al-Ezzi stresses need to open Sanaa airport in absence of alternatives
SANAA, Sept. 15 (YPA) – Deputy Foreign Minister Hussein Al-Ezzi met on Wednesday in Sanaa with the United Nations Humanitarian Coordinator for Yemen, David Gressly.
At the meeting, Al-Ezzi stressed the need to reopen Sanaa International Airport to citizens, including expatriates, patients and students, so that they can travel abroad and return safely, in light of the lack of any alternatives that guarantee the preservation of their safety.
The meeting dealt with the developments in humanitarian work and aspects related to the commitment of humanitarian organizations to their humanitarian duty in providing tangible services to citizens.
