HODEIDAH, June 9 (YPA) – The Kidney Dialysis Center in Bajel district of Hodeidah province, west of Yemen, launched on Friday an urgent appeal to save lives of patients after running out of its essential medical supplies.
The center confirmed in a statement that it will stop providing services to patients as of next Tuesday, unless medical supplies are provided urgently for dialysis sessions.
The statement pointed out that the center is unable to purchase dialysis sessions supplies for patients due to the lack of financial capability.
It called on businessmen and international and local organizations to respond to this emergency call of renal failure patients and provide the medical supplies for the center.
