Military Court begins to try 30 accused of treason

SANAA, Sept. 05 (YPA) – The Central Military Court in Sanaa held its first public session on Sunday to try 30 military leaders accused of treason.

In the session, the court accused the traitors in Criminal Case No. 24 of for 1442 AH, with the facts of accession, facilitating the enemy’s entry into the territory of the Republic of Yemen, impersonation and other facts.

The court approved the publication of the accused in accordance with Article 28 of Military Penal Procedures.
