STC requires restructuring of Hadi’s gov’t forces

ADEN, Sept. 03 (YPA) – The UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC)’s militias required the restructuring the Saudi-exiled Hadi government forces before its return to Aden city, south of Yemen.

Nasser Al-Khubaji, the head of the STC’s delegation negotiating with the Hadi government, said during a news conference in Aden, it is important to restructure the two ministries of Defense and Interior.

He stressed the need to combat financial and administrative corruption in Hadi’s government.

For his part, the head of the so-called Department of Foreign Affairs in the STC, Mohammed Al-Ghaithi, indicated that the council would return to the Autonomous Administration of Aden.
