Pro-coalition military commander killed in Marib

MAIRB, Sept. 01 (YPA) – Chief of the military operations of the Saudi-led coalition forces in Marib city, Major General Nasser Al-Thibani died on Wednesday of wounds he sustained in an attack that targeted ‘Sahn Al-Jin” camp three days ago, informed sources reported.

The sources confirmed that Al-Thibani’s body was taken to the mortuary of the General Hospital in the city of Marib.

On June 17, 2020, Al-Thibani was appointed as head of the War Operations Authority of the coalition forces in Yemen.
