Saudi Arabia announces injury of 8 people as result of attack on Abha airport

SANAA, Aug. 31 (YPA) – Saudi Arabia announced on Tuesday the interception and shooting down of two booby-trapped planes that tried to attack Abha airport.

The Saudi “Al-Ekhbariya” channel quoted: “Initial information indicates that there were eight injuries and damage to a civilian plane,” stressing that “the second attack on Abha airport within 24 hours,” as the channel put it.
