Yemeni riyal recovers slightly against foreign currencies

SANAA, Aug. 26 (YPA) – The exchange rates of the Yemeni riyal against foreign currencies on Thursday recorded slight recovery against foreign currencies for the second day in a row, after days of alarming and frightening rise in the southern provinces.

The exchange rate of one US dollar stabilized at 1,005 riyals in the provinces of Aden and Hadramout.

Meanwhile, the Yemeni riyal exchange rate in the capital, Sanaa, maintained its stability at 600 riyals to the dollar. As for the average dollar exchange rate on the black market, it reached 605 riyals.
