BAGDAD, Aug. 17 (YPA) – Local news sources reported that two US coalition logistics convoys were targeted by roadside bombs in Nasiriyah province, the capital of Dhi Qar, southern Iraq on Thursday.
“Explosive devices planted on the side of the road targeted, today, a logistics convoy belonging to the US-led coalition in bomb in Nasiriyah province, the capital of Dhi Qar,” Sabereen News reported, citing the sources.
The blast caused material damage to one of the Mercedes tires, according to the sources.
The US coalition’s convoys in Iraq is under constant attacks, particularly in the southern provinces.
