Hodeidah Customs confirms readiness to implement presidential directives

HODEIDAH, Aug. 12 (YPA) – Deputy Director General of Hodeidah Port Customs Adel Yahya Abbas confirmed readiness of Hodeidah Customs to implement presidential directives issued by the Supreme Political Council on reducing 49% of the cost of goods imported through the port of Hodeidah.

Abbas noted that the customs authority would introduce the Skoda global system, which works to provide facilities for traders and shipping companies to facilitate their ability to provide data from their offices and review it through electronic linking to the system.
