Yemeni oil company demands to stop sea piracy on fuel ships

SANAA, Aug. 11 (YPA) – The Yemeni Oil Company renewed on Wednesday its demand to stop the maritime piracy and the arbitrary practices that carried out by the countries of the Saudi-led coalition for preventing oil derivatives ships from entry into Hodeida port.

In a protest rally, organized by dozens of the company’s employees, the participants held the US-backed aggression countries and the UN the full responsible for the catastrophic consequences as a result of the ongoing maritime piracy, which have caused stopping and collapse of vital services provided to citizens, especially health, hygiene, electricity and water.

They called on, during the rally was held in front of the UN office in Sanaa, the free people of the world to pressure on the coalition states to stop maritime piracy on oil derivatives ships.

The protesters considered the aggression coalition’s persistence in seizing oil derivatives ships, as a flagrant violation of international covenants that criminalize prejudice to the needs of civilians.

The rally confirmed that the continuation of the US naval piracy on fuel ships for more than 8 months aimed at the continuation of the killing of the Yemeni people.
