SANAA, Aug. 10 (YPA) – Minister of Industry Abdul Wahab Al-Durra stressed on Tuesday the need to encourage agricultural, fish and animal production to achieve self-sufficiency in the country.
Al-Durra affirmed that the step would transform the challenges of aggression and siege imposed by the Saudi-led coalition into opportunities to advance the country in all fields.
This came during a ministerial meeting to discussed the mechanisms and tasks of the economic and environmental axis team in the national vision.
The Minister called on the private sector to transfer part of its investments in local industries for benefiting from agricultural production and local raw materials.
