Ministry of Water, UNICEF discuss areas of joint cooperation

SANAA, Aug. 07 (YPA) – Deputy Minister of Water and Environment Hunein Al-Dreeb discussed on Saturday in Sanaa with Head of the Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) Section at UNICEF, the joint cooperation in the field of water and sanitation.

The meeting stressed the importance of working in accordance with the ministry’s vision, which focuses on achieving the sustainability of projects funded by UNICEF.

It was also agreed to form a joint committee from the ministry and the organization to time the period of financing operating fuel for the corporations, in preparation for a safe exit so that local corporations can be self-reliant.
