Popular protests launch in Abyan against deterioration of living situation

ABYAN, Aug. 05 (YPA) – A massive demonstration will be launched on Friday in all districts of Abyan province, south of Yemen against the deterioration of living situation in the southern provinces.

The People’s Protest Committee in the province, in a statement, called on all the sons the province to participate in the protest demonstrations in Zinjibar district.

The statement affirmed the protests come to reject the policy of starvation, impoverishment and high prices by the Hadi government and the coalition, in additional to the deterioration of services and the deliberate cutting of employees’ salaries.
