Scattered showers expected on various provinces within coming 24 hours: NCM

SANAA, Jul. 29 (YPA) – Scattered showers will be expected on Thursday on most areas of Yemeni provinces within the coming 24 hours, according to the National Center of Meteorology (NCM)’s weather forecast.

The center affirmed that the ran would be focused over parts of the western mountainous heights of Saada in the north to Lahj province in the south.

A probability of precipitation would be also expected on parts of the internal plateaus of the provinces of Al Dhalea, Abyan, Shabwa and Hadramout, as well as to light to medium rain on on the southern and western coasts.

The center warned citizens in areas where rain expected to not be present in the valleys and waterways during and after the rainfall.
