NCM expects scattered rain within coming hours

SANAA, Jul. 27 (YPA) – The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) expected scattered ran with thunderstorms in most of Yemeni governorates within the coming 24 hours.

The center affirmed in weather forecast, that moderate to heavy rains would be prevailed over the mountainous heights from Taiz and Lahj in the south until Saada in the north.

It indicated to a probability of precipitation on the southern coasts, especially the coasts of Aden, Abyan and Lahj.

The center warned citizens in areas where rain is expected to avoid being in torrents and valleys in order to preserve their safety and property.

The forecast also expected that heavy fog would be formed on the western mountain slopes, in the governorates of Hajjah, Mahwait, Rayma, Ibb, Taiz and Lahj.
