Army repels militias’ advance in Najran
NAJRAN, June 6 (YPA) – The Yemen army on Wednesday repelled an advance of Saudi-paid militias in Najran border province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.
The advance were foiled in Adhiaq area in front of Khadhraa border crossing, added the official.
Dozens of the militias were killed and injured in a minefield bombing during repelling the advance.
The militias didn’t achieve any progress despite the support of the coalition warplanes and Apache helicopters. The official said.
Meanwhile, artillery force of the army shelled gatherings of the militias in Qiada, Ramlia hills and costumes in front of Khadhra border crossing.
