SANAA, Jul. 18 (YPA) – Deputy Foreign Minister in Sanaa, Hussein Al-Ezzi, on Sunday revealed the whereabouts of the terrorist elements who beheaded two prisoners in Bayda province during the past two days.

Al-Ezzi said in a tweet on Twitter: “The elements who executed two captives by slaughtering them with a knife are now in the city of Marib after they fled from Bayda.”

“It is unfortunate that this great city has become a safe haven for Al-Qaeda,” he added. “We hope that the killers will be caught and handed over to the state (in Sanaa) and Al-Qaeda camps be closed. Our fighters are in a state of anger and will not rest as long as there is a remnant of terrorism in their land.”

Al-Qaeda members had committed a heinous crime against the two captives, “Saqr Ghanem Rashid Al-Maliki” and the captive “Mohammed Ahmed Murshid Manawaf,” through beheading them and throwing their bodies in Al-Souma’a area Bayda province.

The army and the popular committees (Sanaa forces) had found the bodies of the two captives after purging Al-Souma’a area of Al-Qaeda operatives backed by the Saudi-led coalition.
