President Al-Mashat directs release of prisoners under custodial penalties

SANAA, Jul. 17 (YPA) – President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi Al-Mashat, on Saturday directed the Public Prosecution to release prisoners subject to the implementation of freedom-depriving penalties.

President Al-Mashat’s directives to Attorney General, Dr. Mohammed Al-Dailami, confirmed keenness to release prisoners under custodial penalties and those who were waived in the private right and to raise such cases according to previous directives.
