Hezbollah circulates scenes from capture of two Israeli soldiers in 2006

SANAA, Jul. 13 (YPA) – The Lebanese “Hezbollah’s Central Military Media” released new scenes of the capture of two Israeli soldiers on July 12, 2006.

On its website, the Military Media said, on Monday, the operation of the arrest happened in Khallet Warda area, south Lebanon.

Hezbollah called “The Truthful Promise” for the operation, which had led to the outbreak of a 34 day-lasted war between the Israeli enemy and the party.

in 2008, this operation led to a prisoner exchange deal between the enemy and Hezbollah when the party transferred the coffins of two Israeli soldiers in exchange for 5 Lebanese militants held by Israel, and the bodies of 199 militants captured in Lebanon or Israel.
