President  meets Minister of Justice

SANAA, June 5 (YPA) – President of the Supreme Political Council, Mehdi al-Mashat, on Tuesday met with Justice Minister, Ahmed Abdullah Aqabat.

In the meeting, the officials discussed the progress of the ministry and the difficulties it faces in light of ongoing Saudi-led coalition aggression war and systematic targeting of the courts and the prosecution.

The officials also dealt with the mechanism of coordination between judicial bodies to deal with cases, especially in light of the current circumstances experienced by the country.

President stressed on the importance of further efforts which commensurate with the current phase to overcome the difficulties imposed by the aggression.

For his part, the Justice Minister stressed on the need of more efforts during the coming period to enhance the level of performance and overcome the current difficulties.
