Saudi-backed forces sent to Aden to fight against UAE-backed forces
ADEN, Jan 29 (YPA) – Saudi-backed Marib-based General Ali Mohsin on Monday sent military reinforcement to back forces of Hadi in Aden to defeat southern separatist fighters of the southern transitional council, said officials.

The move came as clashes escalated in the second day between the rival factions who are fighting to control Aden.
The fighting erupted on Sunday after the end of a deadline that the UAE-backed separatist council set to Saudi-based Hadi to dismiss his corrupted government.
Death toll has increased to 35 and the number of wounded to 185 since Sunday, according to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).
