Baghdad: drone aircraft target Tawhid Base near US Embassy’s

BAGHDAD, Jul. 06 (YPA) – Iraqi sources reported Monday evening that the sirens sounded inside the Tawhid base at the US embassy in the Green Zone in Baghdad.

Four booby-trapped drone aircraft  targeted the third Tawhid base at the US embassy in Baghdad, the sources said.

The sources confirmed that they heard at least one explosion in the southern part of the base inside the US Embassy, noting that the US occupation forces closed the military wing inside the embassy.
