Parliament votes to amend some provisions of Diplomatic Corps Act

SANAA, Jun. 28 (YPA) – The Parliament voted Monday, in its session headed by Parliament Speaker Yahya Ali Al-Ra’i, to amend some provisions of Law No. 2 of 1991 on the diplomatic and consular corps and its amendments.

The Parliament approved the amendment in its final form in light of the report of the Committee on Foreign Affairs and Emigrants, in the presence of the competent government side, represented by the Foreign Minister Hisham Sharaf and a number of the ministry’s officials.
