Public Prosecution releases 83 prisoners in Saada

SAADA, Jun. 26 (YPA) – Public Prosecution Office in Saada province released on Saturday about 83 prisoners on bail.

Most of the prisoners were accused of smuggling African refugees.

This came during the field visit of the Chief Prosecutor, Judge Marwan Al-Mahaqri, and with the Director General of Complaints at the Ministry of Interior, Ahmed Al-Houthi, to the reserve prison in the province’s center.

Al-Mahaqri stressed the prosecution’s keenness to enforce the law, preserve rights and freedoms of the society.
