Clashes break out between coalition gunmen in Khokha city

HODEIDAH, Jun. 25 (YPA) –  Armed clashes broke out Friday in the centre of Saudi-led coalition-controlled area, south of Hodeidah province, local sources said .

 

According to the sources, the clashes took place between coalition gunmen inside a popular market to sell “Qat” in Khokha city, leaving a young man injured.

 

The sources explained that the citizens transferred the man to a hospital in the city for treatment.

 

The city of Khokha has been experiencing a breakdown of security and a fierce conflict between the militants of the so-called “Thamia brigades” against the presence of Tariq Afash’s forces and the UAE-funded “Brigades of Giants” on the west coast.
