SANAA, Jun. 22 (YPA) – The US-backed Saudi-led aggression coalition’s fighter jets escalated on Tuesday their air strikes on Yemeni provinces until they became 33 ones including 27 strikes hit Marib province, security sources told Yemen Press Agency.
The sources confirmed that coalition’s warplanes waged 21 air raids on Sirwah district and six ones hit Madghal district in Marib province.
The sources pointed out that the aircrafts targeted al-Khanjar area of Khub Washaaf district in Jawf province with one strike.
Previously, coalition’s warplanes attacked Kahlan area in east of Saada city one time, while four raids of spy drones targeted Faza area of Hodeidah province, the sources added.
Meanwhile, Saudi missile and artillery bombardment targeted separate areas in border Razih district of Saada province.
On Monday, coalition’s fighter jets launched 35 air strikes on Marib, Saada, Hajjah, Hodeidah and Najran provinces.
