Joint Meeting Parties condemn UN decision designation of Ansarullah on list of violators of children’s rights
SANAA, Jun. 20 (YPA) – The Joint Meeting Parties condemned strongly the decision of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, not to include Ansarullah in the list of violators of children’s rights.
In a statement obtained by the Yemeni news agency Saba, it reiterated its rejection of the decision and described it as a deliberate and paid.
The statement noted that this decision coincides with the exclusion of the occupying Zionist entity from the list of violators of children’s rights in Palestine, as well as the failure to include the Saudi-American-UAE Aggression coalition , which has been waging unjust aggression for nearly seven years and exalting the blood of Yemenis, including children.
It is the responsibility of the United Nations to protect children and safeguard their rights from violations and condemn criminals rather than delisting them, as it has done before by dropping Saudi Arabia’s name from the list of shame for killing children in Yemen under money pressure, the statement said.
