Air Force conducts drone strike against King Khalid Air Base in Saudi Arabia

SANAA, Jun. 19  (YPA) – The Yemeni Armed Forces have on Saturday carried out a new drone attack on King Khalid Air Base in Khamis Mushait, southwestern region of Asir, the Yemeni army spokesman said in a statement.

Army spokesman, Brigadier General Yahya Sare’e, confirmed that a “Qasef-2K drone” was used in the attack.

He stressed that the injury was accurate, indicating that this targeting came within the framework of the legitimate response to the escalation of the aggression and the ongoing siege on Yemen.

On Thursday, Brigadier General Yahya Sare’e declared in a statement that the Yemeni armed forces carried out a e military operation targeting important military sites at Abha international airport.
