Al-Qaeda operatives killed in confrontations with Sanaa forces in Marib

MARIB, Jun. 18 (YPA) – A number of Al-Qaeda organization operatives fighting in the ranks of the Saudi-led coalition forces against Sanaa forces were killed in the battles taking place in northern Marib city during the past three days, local sources said on Thursday

Among the dead of the Al-Qaeda was “Abdullah Hassan Al-Boraihi”, who leads groups of al-Qaeda elements, in addition to recruits from the coalition forces, the sources added.

Al-Boraihi was appointed by the coalition forces as staff commander of the first battalion in the “first brigade of border guards” in Marib.
