Sanaa destroys 4 tons of veterinary medicines

Sana’a, June 16 (YPA) – The Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation in Sanaa destroyed on Wednesday, four tons of seized veterinary drugs for not conforming to specifications and standards.

Director of Animal Health and Veterinary Quarantine, Dr. Ahmed Al-Qadari, explained that the destruction came within the follow-up and control of veterinary medical inputs and establishments working in the protection of livestock.

Al-Qadari called on importers and traders of veterinary inputs to adhere to the proper controls for importing, transporting and storing medicines and treatments, to avoid losses.
