Pro-coalition officer killed in Hadramout

HADRAMOUT, Jun. 08 (YPA) – A senior officer loyal to the Saudi-UAE coalition was killed on Tuesday in in the city of Mukalla of Hadramout province.

According to sources, the leader of the Hadrami Elite Forces, “Sabri bin Talib Al-Kathiri”, died on Tuesday, amid uncertainty news about the reasons for his assassination.

The sources stated that “Al Kathiri, one of the commanders of the guard of the Emirati officer “Faisal Al Kaabi, was shot dead by a recruit in the camp located in Rabwa Khalaf in Mukalla district.

Journalists from Hadramout governorate believe that the recent assassinations are shrouded in secrecy by parties in the governorate, including the coalition, as two officers were assassinated -last week- in Qattan district while they were in a car near “Bin Khuzaiban” station.
