Earthquake hits Socotra island

SOCOTRA, May 27 (YPA) – An earthquake hit the Yemeni Socotra island, local sources told Yemen Press Agency.

According to the sources, the earthquake was concentrated in area in the south of the island, and the residents of the area felt its strength.

An earthquake has occurred off the coast of eastern Yemen during the past few days.
