American base in Iraq targeted with a drone

SANAA, May 8 (YPA) – A spokesman for the US-led coalition in Iraq confirmed that a drone attacked the Ain Al-Asad air base at dawn on Saturday, which hosts US and international forces in western Iraq.

The attack, which the US coalition said did not inflict casualties, came hours after the US coalition in Iraq announced it had delivered ammunition to the base to the Iraqi army.

And earlier this week, Ain Al-Assad base was subjected to missile strikes, without any losses, according to the American coalition forces.
