Saudi Crown Prince aspires to establish good relation with Iran

SANAA, April 28 (YPA) – Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman said in an interview broadcast by Saudi media on Tuesday that the kingdom aspires to establish a good relationship with Iran as a neighboring country.

Asked if there was work under way to resolve outstanding issues between the two sides, bin Salman said, Finally, Iran is a neighboring country, we want to have a good and special relationship with Iran.”

“We don’t want Iran’s situation to be difficult, on the contrary we want a prosperous Iran, we have interests in it and it has interests in Saudi Arabia to push the world and the region to prosper,” he added.

He continued: “Today we are working with our partners around the world to find solutions to all problems and we hope to overcome them and that our relations will be good and positive for the benefit of all.”
